Using the Enneagram as a central framework, I guide individuals and groups into deeper self-awareness, helping to uncover the patterns, motivations, and inner dynamics that shape their lives. This isn’t about putting yourself in a box, it’s about expanding beyond it.

My approach blends coaching and consulting, integrating psychological insight with your own inner knowing. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique path.

This work is holistic, trauma-informed, and deeply relational. I don’t position myself as someone who has the answers for you; I walk beside you as you reconnect with your own.

I work with individuals in one-on-one coaching, with organizations seeking more conscious and effective communication, and in private group settings where shared growth becomes a powerful catalyst for change.
